Kona Village Resort
Large, sprawling resort located on the west coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Client is SB Architects of San Francisco.
This series of renderings was primarily about the environment and entourage with the architecture serving as a backdrop to the scenes. This particular view highlights the central retail “Hale Samoa” at right center, while the foreground beach and background open spaces allude to the many activities available to the guests. A loose digital technique allowed for significant overpainting and blending of all the disparate elements.
