Project "Force" shopping center
Recent set of renderings for a large, urban mixed-use retail center in the Fort Bonifacio District in Manila. Client is John Gish Architect of Seattle.
Project “Force”, subsequently known as “Arca”, is proposed to be a large mixed-use center with retail, hotel & residential components. Although our scope was limited to the shopping center portion, great care needed to be taken to ensure the towers were well integrated into the base of the project. This section view was chosen to show the organization of the main entrance and vertical circulation. Public spaces are heavily populated while the rooftop is shown as more subdued with plenty of landscaping, a respite from the urban bustle of Manila.
