Block 17 Apartments
Renderings for a new apartment building in the North Pearl District. Client is Bora Architects of Portland.
This viewpoint was carefully selected to show the significant landscape amenities between the two new buildings while maintaining a a clear “view corridor” between them, emphasizing their separation. Early evening with a few operable windows open suggests a warm summer night, inviting guests and residents to the proposed new retail and restaurant spaces at the ground level.
