Materials Science Classroom
Proposed new classroom building on the campus of Boise State University. Client is Yost Grube Hall of Portland.
This is an updated, photo-real version of a rendering done a year prior for the same building. Client wanted to exaggerate the transparency in the circulation areas to emphasize accessibility to upper floors. Frosted glass panels and aluminum fins help to shade occupants inside. Lots of students coming and going and a vibrant color palette heighten the activity of the scene.
